Instructional Designer
EdPlus at Arizona State University

Elizabeth Gordon is an Instructional Designer for EdPlus at Arizona State University. Elizabeth grew up in the Appalachian Mountains in Western Pennsylvania, before a sense of adventure compelled Elizabeth and her newlywed husband to move to Arizona. Before, during, and after working on her graduate degree, Elizabeth worked in a variety of outreach jobs at the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality. Since 2008, Elizabeth has taught history classes part time at Mesa Community College, in both ground and online formats. She holds a BA in history from Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, MA, and a MA in history from ASU.

In her free time, Elizabeth reads just about any type of e-book she can get her hands on (except scary ones) and watches TV/movies (especially sci-fi and superheroes) with her family. Elizabeth also enjoys hiking, biking and baking (as long as it's not too hot outside).
